Businesses in and around Strand. Some quotes were ridiculous. I decided to phone 911 Service Centre after checking the reviews on Google. They quoted slightly higher for the DSG oil, but it was still more cost effective than what I was quoted at other service centres and gearbox specialists. They make use of MOTUL lubricants which is a superior product in the market.

I made a booking and took my car in for the service the next day. Fast, friendly and efficient service! The service was carried out and when I came to pickup my vehicle they had carried out a mini valet service on the car free of charge. I was surprised and extremely happy to also hear that they only needed to change 4.5L of the gearbox oil and therefore charged me accordingly which was a R 600 saving. They could have charged me more but due to their integrity and business principle they didn’t. Not often that you come across any businesses like this! I will most definitely recommend your business to people that I know and make use of you in future. Keep up the awesome work!

Good Place, well organized and good customer services. Our car broke down the day after a service with them and they came and picked us up 4 hrs away from the shop.

I was referred to 911 Service Centre by a friend after a year’s struggle to get an error fixed in my car by another service centre. 911 Service Centre went the extra mile to double check any possible errors on my vehicle and also provided additional valuable information. I don’t mind waiting a bit longer for my vehicle to get it fixed, and this shows in their commitment. Very professional and passionate.
